At Aditi Gupta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Aditi Gupta tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
